About Me
Counsellor/Supervisor
I am a Level 4 counsellor and a registered member of the NCPS. My Level 4 Diploma was awarded by the CPCAB in Therapeutic Counselling.
I am a person centred counsellor and my role is to work alongside you, supporting you in any decision you choose to make – I am not here to tell you what to do, but my role is to listen and help you work through any issues you choose to share with me. Having the space to talk about whatever you choose to without judgement can be liberating.
As a person-centred counsellor my aim is to work alongside you, supporting you in any decisions you choose to make. My aim is to build a professional, trusting relationship with you where you feel safe to share any issues you choose to bring to your sessions. Seeking counselling and having the space to talk and focus on you, can help when life throws you difficult situations, feelings and events.
You may be dealing with a bereavement, have low self esteem, feel anxious or depressed, lack self confidence or are experiencing family/relationship problems and are struggling to understand how or why you feel this way, then together we can explore these feelings so you can have a better understanding of them.
Sessions will be client led where you will have the space to share your feelings, opinions, views and beliefs. I work with young people through to adults and am currently offering sessions remotely or by telephone. Please contact me for more information and a free 15 minute consultation which will help with any anxieties you may be feeling about counselling.
I am currently completing an Advanced Certificate in Clinical Supervision using the Seven Eyed Model working online and am now ready to complete my hours with supervisees for a discounted rate. If you are a newly qualified Counsellor or novice Counsellor seeking Supervision, please get in touch. I offer a free initial consultation to help determine whether I am the right fit for you as a Supervisor. I provide supervision for newly qualified and early-career therapists, primarily online, with some telephone availability.
My approach to supervision is grounded in the 7-Eyed Model, which supports supervisees in exploring their ways of working and self-care. This model encourages ethical, reflective, and safe practice, ensuring that the needs of clients are consistently met.
As a Supervisor I am committed to offering high-quality support that considers not only your clinical and developmental needs but also your overall well-being. If you’re searching for a clinical supervisor with diverse counselling experience, I would be delighted to support you in achieving your professional goals and in your own personal development.
